I think this database is just from 2000. There's been a lot of misbehaving for a long, long time.
Bad behavior stops when the money dries up.
I love the game too but I do think the players should be held to a higher standard than the rest of us.
There are so many selfless players who are good role models and are overlooked.
Jan: I agree. They get paid lots of money for their talent and they should be grateful for that.
This overpaid talent doesn't mean they can break the laws that the rest of us must obey.
When you treat athletes like gods why shouldn't they begin to believe they are?
