Tuh-Ray-Zuh meows...again

It takes two to catfight. So far Weird Lady Teresa Heinz is the sole participant in the latest election scuffle over her remarks about First Lady Laura Bush, "I don't know that she's ever had a real job--I mean, since she's been grown up."

No sooner did the full-frontal damage control wrath of the Verry/Leftwards camp descend upon her heiress shoulders, that Weird Lady Heinz apologized by saying... "[I] am "sincerely sorry I had not remembered her important work in the past."

In one fell swoop, Ms. Heinz managed to insult not only First Lady Laura Bush, but working moms AND stay-at-home moms across the nation. Remember that, ladies, when you cast your votes this November.

To her credit, Laura Bush probably will not touch this ugly issue. She will not make remarks about loose lips or one-too-many gin-soaked raisin cocktails. In short, this catfight will be short one cat. Laura Bush is above that kind of behavior. Remember that, ladies, when you cast your votes this November.

Too bad for Ms. Heinz, class doesn't coming in little red bottles you can pour over your food.
